What is a Recruitment Counselor?
Recruitment
Counselors are available during Formal Recruitment to make the
recruitment experience a positive one. They are women who have
chosen to temporarily disaffiliate from their sorority chapter in order
to provide those going through formal recruitment the most objective
advice possible. In order to comply with their temporary disaffiliation, all images of Recruitment Counselors from Alpha Gamma Delta have been temporarily removed or covered up on the website. Recruitment Counselors from all sororities at
Baldwin-Wallace College may be recognized by the
letters which they will wear during the recruitment period - Rho Gamma.
