You can leave lids & the paper on your bottles, but do not leave any juice in them
Colored Glass
Same as Clear Glass, different bin.
Plastic
Numbers 1 and 2 Please! Check your container for the number before helping the earth, because if it doesn't say 1 or 2, you are not helping. Lids and paper can be left on and bottles need to be empty, but not necessarily rinsed out.
Paper
Throw "regular" paper (any color) into bins labeled 'mixed paper.' Textured paper like newsprint, magazines, and construction paper do not count!
Aluminum
Dump left over soda-pop out, but no need to rinse out your cans! All cans recycled on campus go to help children injured in fires.
