ALEKS (Assessment and LEarning in Knowledge Spaces) is an Artificial Intelligence system that assesses students’ needs and provides an online web-based instructional program that allows them to work individually to strengthen their academic skills.
Baldwin-Wallace uses several applications of the ALEKS system:
A. Math placement test*
B. Self-Help tutorial*
C. Program used in COL 020/021/022 classes*

· Register for COL 020* OR · Take ALEKS Placement Test* |

· Completion of COL 020,021, or 022 with an ALEKS overall score below 70%

· Contact Placement Administrator to retake the test* · Continue in COL 020 the following semester* |
