The PRISMS Project (Physics Resources and Instructional Strategies for Motivating Students) is based at the Physics Department of the University of Northern Iowa. It is organized by Roy Unruh and Tim Cooney, and they have recently been joined by Larry Escalada. PRISMS is organized in learning cycles that feature Exploration, Concept Development, and Application activities.
