elections
-
Ann Bainbridge-Frymier also asked how long each person is in office
-
Derek Lane mentioned formalization of how long and procedures for
nominating
-
Ann stated it is not in bylaws-and would need 2/3rd vote to change it,
but need WRITTEN policy.
-
Jim suggested election rules need to be in the bylaws so authority is
clear, perhaps use resolution through minutes
-
Pat Kearney supported the morality or majority terms need to be spelled
out and perhaps vote on it next year
-
Voting issues were also raised in regard to electronic or hard copy
ballot
B.
