Inter-Residence Hall Council is a student-run democratic organization that strives to unify all on-campus organizations by providing opportunities for fun, service, togetherness, and the development of new ideas. IRHC is also the bridge between students and the Office of Residence Life. B-W's IRHC is affiliated with NACURH and is in the Central Atlantic (CAACURH) region of that organization.

The Barbara H. Fortin chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary is currently in it's 3rd semester of existance at B-W. NRHH exists to provide recognition within the residence halls, and it's members are comprised of the top 1% of residence hall leaders on campus.
